Let go of overwhelm.
Therapy for highly sensitive people.
In-person in Westborough and online in all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
You’re tired of feeling overwhelmed and flawed.
You feel different, you feel it all.
You feel everything so deeply. You question the deeper reasoning and the ‘why’ behind what you see happening in the world. You feel often feel misunderstood.
Overwhelm makes it hard to feel clear and to make decisions. The world moves to fast and your days feel hectic. You compare yourself to others and wonder why something so overwhelming to you doesn’t seem to impact them much at all, then the judgement comes in….
Sound like you?
You need a lot of alone time.
Rushing and doing a lot in a little amount of time leaves you frazzled.
It is easy to get overwhelmed.
Boundaries are so hard.
In our sessions together, we will work toward…
Releasing overthinking.
We will look deeply at painful patterns and misconceptions about boundaries that keep you in overwhelm.
Live a lifestyle that fits you.
We will support you to question what is not working and create a life that fits you.
Move from overwhelm to anchored.
Move from “getting through” the day to feeling nourished and grounded.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
There is strength in sensitivity.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
You find clarity and connection within the chaos.
You feel grounded and trust in your abilities.
You are able to set healthy boundaries that feel good without self-judgement.

Feel like we might be a good fit? Schedule a 20 min phone call. You can ask any questions you have and share what it is you are wanting support with. If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we could set an appointment to get started from there. If not, I will do my best to point you in the direction of someone who might be able to support you.
