There are so many idealized versions of you. So much is projected onto you. You can be real here. You are human with all the complicated human parts.
As a depth therapist, I’ll support you in gaining insight patterns keeping you stuck. I blend somatics, mindfulness and psychodynamic frameworks to support you from a deep holistic level.

Before becoming a licensed mental health counselor, I went through a four-year training in energy, somatics and transpersonal psychology. After, graduation, I opened an energy healing/coaching practice. I get the unique challenges and risks you face while being in this space of the healing realm.

Yes! Group classes and doing the work on your own is so important. I remember in my meditation teacher training, we were always reminded that we were not the student’s therapist. Which is why I also became a therapist! Now, I am able to really get to know how your specific experiences uniquely and how they impact your perceptions. Having another person with you on your journey who will be able to really tailor the work to who are are specifically will support you to deepen your personal practice.
